Core Flow mixes pilates and yoga to tone muscles and increase flexibilty through deep breathing and core work.
Barre mixes ballet-inspired moves on the ballet barre with pilates exercises for a full-body workout that improves flexibility and core strength.

Hit to Straps blends Hit Heavy Bag and Gravity for a workout of punches and kicks on the bag and bodyweight exercises using TRX straps.
Cardio Dance is an easy-to-follow, calorie-burning dance class with moves inspired by hip hop, belly dance, Latin, and other styles of dance.
Cardio Remix combines dance with strength training for a full-body workout that burns calories and builds muscle to the beat of your favorite music remixes.
Step is a beginner level class that utilizes cardio sequences and simple movements on, over, and around height-adjustable steps to strengthen stamina, build strength, and improve coordination.
Power Hour, beginning on the track, challenges endurance and strength through a series of functional fitness excercises around the HCI facility.

Tabata is a high-intensity interval class consisting of 8 sets of fast-paced cardio and strength excercises with 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.
Outdoor Bodyweight Tabata utilizes bodyweight excercises for each set of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off, giving members a high-intensity interval workout in the fresh, outdoor air.

Abs + Jabs
Abs + Jabs combines cardio training through kickboxing and strength training through barre and floor work.
Burn is a low impact, full-body workout with high repetitions using light weights and bodyweight that leave your muscles burning.
Lower Body Burn
Lower Body Burn is a low-impact, lower-body workout class that incorporates cardio and a variety of equpiment to leave the core and lower body burning.
Lift is a guided weightlifting class with exercises for the whole body that tone muscle and build strength.
restore, roll + stretch
Restore, Roll + Stretch is a restorative class that relieves chronic pain and muscle fatigue through deep stretching and targeting trigger points utilizing foam rollers and massage balls.
Restorative Yoga is a de-stressing class that takes you through a variety of postures and gentle movements to establish a mind-body connection, release muscle tension, and gain flexibility.
Our Master Instructors offer 1:1 training in all Studio class formats to help you reach your goals faster. 1:1 training is perfect for correcting form, improving technique, slowing things down, rehabbing and preventing pain + injuries or getting an extra challenge.
