AIM
Backed by science, our Athletes in Motion (AIM) training is built for competitive and recreational players utilizing athletic conditioning techniques and functional fitness equipment. Choose from specialized adult classes, youth clinics, small group training and 1:1 training. For small group and individual training, AIM coaches begin with an initial assessment capturing data in mobility, strength, power, endurance, change of direction, self care and mental health to customize your AIM regimen. Coaches continue to track performance to optimize training and meet goals. AIM is located in our basement near Studio U and the basketball courts.
Group Training
AIM offers large group classes and small groups of four or less. Stay motivated and challenged with focused training in an intimate and supportive group setting. Join as an individual or with a group.
Youth Athlete Training
Along with small group and 1:1 training, youth athletes can take advantage of our week-long summer camps and seasonal clinics to improve their game on and off the field and courts.
Adult AIM Training
Whether you're a competitive, recreational or retired athlete, our specialized classes and and 1:1 training are sure to improve your performance and overall fitness.

Speed School | June 6-June 23
Sessions are Monday-Thursday from 6-6:50PM. Come ready for training designed to get you moving better in any sport. Sessions will emphasize speed mechanics, agility footwork, and change of direction dynamics.
