Backed by science, our Athletes in Motion (AIM) training is built for competitive and recreational players utilizing athletic conditioning techniques and functional fitness equipment. Choose from specialized adult classes, youth clinics, small group training and 1:1 training. For small group and individual training, AIM coaches begin with an initial assessment capturing data in mobility, strength, power, endurance, change of direction, self care and mental health to customize your AIM regimen. Coaches continue to track performance to optimize training and meet goals.
