Who can attend Studio classes?

Studio classes are open to adults of all fitness levels. All studio classes are unlimited for members.
Are there boxing gloves to use?

We have some loaner gloves available to try the class, and sell gloves in the studio if you want to take boxing regularly.
Are there spin shoes to use?

Spin shoes are available for a $2 rental at the studio desk. You will need to bring a card or have a card on file. You can also bring your own shoes. We use SPD clips, not Peloton clips.
What is the process for signing up for a class?

Classes are booked through the HCI app or on the website via the schedule page. Reservations can be made up to 8 days in advance. If a class is full, you may join the waitlist up to 1 hour before the class start time. Members are responsible for managing their own bookings.
What is the cancellation and no-show policy?

You can cancel up to 1 minute prior to class starting to avoid a no-show fee. If you are signed up for a class and do not attend, you will be charged a $25 fee. To avoid this, make sure to remove yourself from classes you cannot attend.
