This bright, expansive 1,225 square foot space features wall-to-wall mirrors and a polished hardwood floor, creating an energizing space uniquely designed for our Barre, Burn, Lift, Barrelates and Step Aerobics classes.

Studio 2
Our immersive 900 square foot spin studio features high tech bikes, dynamic LED lighting, and an elevated instructor platform, creating a high energy, nightclub inspired atmosphere designed to push performance and elevate every ride.

Studio 3
This 1,625 square foot light filled studio features hard wood floors, 2 full walls of mirrors and an open, airy design, making it the perfect space for dance, high fitness, yoga, mat Pilates and more.

Studio U
This 4,850 square foot training floor features TRX straps, heavy bags, turf, and versatile strength equipment, making it a multi-functional, industrial space uniquely built for circuit, strength, boxing, fusion and more.

Indoor Track
Our indoor track provides a space dedicated to performance focused class such as Muscle Mechanics and Strength & Stamina allowing athletes to build power, endurance and efficient movement in a unique space.

Turf
Our indoor turf provides a dynamic open space for classes like Turf HIIT, Bootcamp and Tabata giving space for working on speed, power and conditioning.
