Youth AIM Training

AIM Training is Hill Country Indoor’s Program for your individual fitness. AIM stands for Athletes In Motion and perfectly describes the goal of discovering the inner athlete in all of us. From our wide variety of Group Training Classes to Personal Training Sessions, AIM has something for you. In our dedicated training area on the first floor, let our highly experienced coaches develop a Total Assessment Profile which will help determine the best plan and programs to fit your needs and goals. Youth AIM – 2019 (New Structure)

The 2019 Youth AIM program is offered to youth athletes ages 12-18 looking to enhance various elements of athletic performance. Each program consists of twelve sessions over a three-week period. Training will occur Monday-Thursday from 6:30pm-7:30pm. Each three-week block has a unique focus with specific, objective-based programming.

SPEED SCHOOL – JANUARY

Come ready for training designed to get you faster. This 3 week session will focus on improving speed through proper mechanics and strength and power enhancement. Training will occur Mon-Thu 6:30-7:30pm for 3 weeks.

STRENGTH CAMP – FEBRUARY

Sessions focus on improving total body strength. Ideal for all athletes regardless of training experience. Proper technique will ensure a safe and effective program. Training will occur Mon-Thu 6:30-7:30pm for 3 weeks.

POWER DEVELOPMENT – MARCH

Power and explosiveness are important components of athletic development. This 3 week camp is designed to enhance those qualities. Great for athletes that need rotational power or explosive jumping ability.
Training will occur Mon-Thu 6:30-7:30pm for 3 weeks.

YOUTH AIM FOOTBALL COMBINE

Middle School and High School athletes will work through 6 major performance assessments: Electronic-timed 40yd, Vertical Jump, Pro-Agility, Broad Jump, L-drill (3 cone), and Bench Press.
2-Hour Combine

7th & 8th Grade – Saturday March 30th – 4:00pm – 6:00pm

9th-12th Grade – Sunday March 31st – 4:00pm – 6:00pm

Semi-Private training provides each athlete their own individualized, custom program while sharing a performance coach. Group sizes vary from 2-4 athletes per coach.

If you are ready to step-up to the ultimate in personal training, or just need some individual attention, let Hill Country Indoor design a specialized training program to fit your specific needs. All programs include a Total Assessment Profile after which the data is applied to customize the best program to achieve success.

Please reserve space for the full number of guests that you are inviting. We want to ensure that enough space in the facility is reserved to accommodate all of your guests comfortably.

  • You will only pay for the number of participants that exceeds the number in the package you select. You will be charged for each additional guest based on the per participant cost for that package.
  • We understand that changes happen! If you need to add guests to your party, simply let us know at least seven days prior to event so that we can adjust accordingly.
  • No outside food or drinks are allowed in the building with the exception of the birthday cake. Birthday cake is not provided although Hill Country Indoor has partnered with Gigi's Cupcakes to provide you with the option to pick up a Birthday Cake or Cupcakes on the day of your celebration at a discount! Email them your confirmation email and proof of booking to get 10% off your order!
  • Waivers are required for each participant and can be filled out online (coming soon) or in person at the facility.
  • Payment: We require a deposit equal to 50% of the expected total in order to reserve your event. We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards. Checks are not accepted. The remainder amount of the event balance is due on the day of the celebration.
  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, we require 14 days advance notice from your event date. If you submit with the required 14 days advanced notice, your deposit will remain as a credit on your account to be used towards a celebration up to one year from the original date of your event. If you provide less than 14 days notice or do not show up on the day of your event, your deposit is forfeited.
