What is it?
KIDCARE at The Clubhouse is a membership amenity that allows members to drop their children (ages 6months-4 years old) with HCI Staff while they work out! KIDCARE takes place during specified hours and The Clubhouse located on the Fitness Floor adjacent to the Cardio Deck.
WhO Can play?
Children of HCI members ages 6 months – 4 years. Children do not need to be members themselves in order to access The Clubhouse.
HOW Can We play?
The Clubhouse is complimentary and is included in all HCI Memberships. Your children at this age do not need to be added to your membership. Drop your child off and enjoy your workout! You can book your spot ahead of time via the Member App to ensure that there is space in The Clubhouse when you arrive.
Reserve your spot IN THE APP
Members can reserve a spot in the Clubhouse within 72 hours of their next workout. Pre-registrations will be limited and walk-ups are welcome as long as there is space for the child. HCI Teachers maintain a teacher to child ratio that is safe (and fun!) for everyone. By reserving a 30-minute time slot in the app, you are ensuring that you will be able to drop off your child in The Clubhouse within that 30-minute period of time. Come back to pick them up within 1.5 hours!
Our KidCheck System provides a safe and secure way for us to check-in your children and monitor them while you work out! We will keep track of your 1.5 hour time allotment and send you a text when your time is almost up!
You will need to create a KidCheck account prior to utilizing any of the KIDCARE member services. You can do so when you visit the facility or you can do it ahead of time from home!
Hill Country Indoor KIDCARE at The Clubhouse provides superior child watch for children 6 months-4 years old, for a maximum of 1.5 hours per day, while parents get their workout in!
