Prepare for the upcoming season with our VB Pre-Season Prep. Improve agility, enhance vertical jump, and work to reduce injury potential. Athletes will be assessed to focus training on maximal gains. Training will occur Monday-Thursday from 11am-12pm for 3 weeks.
