During this 90-minute Yoga Knowledge Workshop, we will explore the foundations of yoga along with basic principles of alignment in various poses (asanas). We will also focus on breath work and mindfulness. This class is perfect for beginners as well as yogis that want to dive a little deeper into the practice.

While this workshop is not a workout, you may still be sore afterwards! Participants have the opportunity to learn about this fitness tool and build skills in the process.
