STRENGTH CLASSES

LIFT

Lift puts your muscles to music by hitting all of the major muscle groups with a variation in tempo to the beat of endorphin-boosting tunes. Each full body strength training class will hit your chest and back, legs and glutes, biceps and triceps, shoulders and core. Your body will feel this one long after you leave, but you’ll be having such a great time during class that you won’t want to stop!

MAYHEM

Project Mayhem has just begun! Mayhem is taught in a bootcamp style that will hit every muscle in the body – including your heart! Each class will use strength training techniques to increase muscle mass, while balancing it out with high intensity cardiovascular movements, such as sprints, plyometrics and a variety of other methods. Each move is easily modifiable, so don’t get intimidated by the name! This class can be done at your pace, wherever you are on your fitness journey.

TRIPLE THREAT

Ready to become a Triple Threat? We’ve got you. This on-demand class will break down a full body workout into three segments: upper body, core and lower body. This circuit style class will typically use moderate to heavy weights and bodyweight for a full body blast that will burn calories and increase lean muscle mass.

BURN

Feel the BURN in this high repetition light weight class that will set your muscles ablaze. During each workout, we will work through the entire body to burn calories, increase lean muscle mass and mold the body.
