EXPRESS ARMS

Designed to get you stronger, faster, Express Arms works on molding the upper body, including biceps, triceps and shoulders through strength training. These accelerated workouts are hyper focused on building muscle without wasting time. Isolate your arms in under 30 minutes with Express Arms.

EXPRESS CORE

Express Core will work the entire core in under 30 minutes. We even offer a 10-minute Core class to make the most out of the time you have. No excuses here, just results. This class will provide modifications and regressions so fitness enthusiasts of every level and every age can participate.

EXPRESS LEGS

Legs are always in season, so let’s make sure they are strong! Express Legs will put your lower body to work and pay focused attention to your quads, glutes, hamstrings and calves. Each workout will have you walking like a baby giraffe as we use heavy reps with moderate to heavy weights and your body weight.

EXPRESS CARDIO

Looking for a way to get your heart rate up, to improve your cardiovascular endurance and to improve your blood flow? Look no further. Express Cardio will put you to work, but remember, every class is under 30 minutes!
