Happy World Health Day!

AIM + STUDIO Circuit workout from yours truly!

Aside from the usual health advice — get enough sleep, stay hydrated, eat a balanced diet, workout — we wanted to give you something concrete! Here’s an extra workout sure to get your heart rate up while building lean muscle.

We also want to take a minute to shoutout all of the healthcare professionals and especially nurses and midwives. The World Health Organization has declared World Health Day 2020 a day to support and say thanks to nurses and midwives.
