Hill Country Indoor will have an extensive group exercise offering including Spin, Yoga, Barre, Pilates, and Cardio Dance, among others, in one of four classrooms. Group exercise has been gaining momentum as fitness-minded individuals search for challenging ways to combine weight training and athletic training with cardiovascular exercise in an exciting setting. Classes can be utilized as the core to a well rounded fitness regimen or can rejuvenate a monotonous routine. Hill Country Indoor is excited to offer basic level group fitness as well as specialized, boutique fitness to our members.
HCI Group X:
HCI Group X will be included in all Hill Country Indoor memberships. Classes will include varying levels and intensities of weight training, body-weight movements, low impact training, and cardiovascular exercise.

HCI has partnered with Dancers Shape to provide an elite, boutique group fitness offering for our members.
