Premier Football Academy- Skills, Agility, Performance
Fall 2017 Youth Football Academy
This program combines skills training, agility work, and sport performance to create a diverse and holistic 6-week program. The sessions will run twice a week, for 1.5 hours each, and will utilize the turf field as well as the youth performance training area.
PLAYERS: 10-13 year old
FORMAT: 30 minutes of skill development, 30 minutes of sport-specific agility work, and 30 minutes of sport performance.
DATES: September 25th through November 2nd.
TIMES: Mondays and Thursdays from 6:30pm to 8pm
Fall 2017 Youth Recreational Flag INDOOR Football Program:
Youth FLAG FOOTBALL RECREATIONAL PROGRAM:
The youth football program will emphasize knowledge of the game and position-specific skill development. Players of all skill and experience levels are welcome and will be working directly with top coaches. Sessions will include skill work as well as game-like drills and scrimmages.
PLAYERS: Boys and Girls Age 5-13
FALL 2017 SEASON: September 17th – November 5th
GAMES: Sundays 9- 10:30am
FORMAT: Skill Development Session
PLAYER FEES: Member $175, Non-Member $200
UNIFORM: All players will receive a FREE Under Armour training top to wear this season. Select your size at registration- see the size chart here!
A late fee of $25 may be enforced after SEPT. 1!
Adult Flag Football Leagues: Coming Soon
ADULT FLAG FOOTBALL RECREATIONAL LEAGUE- COMING SOON
Flag indoor football leagues will be available for adults interested in playing competitively as well as for fun and for a great workout! Games will be played on the indoor turf field in a 5v5 format.
PLAYERS: Adult Men and Women Age 18+
SEASONS: Adult Recreational Leagues will run throughout the year. Seasons will be 8 weeks in length plus a playoff period for the top four teams. Each player will receive a Hill Country Indoor Flag Football t-shirt to use as a team jersey and flags will be provided.
Rock Jaimes- Director of Football
Mark “Rock” Jaimes joins Hill Country Indoor as the Director of Football with extensive experience in select sports as well as strength and conditioning for youth athletes. Rock received a B.S from Texas A&M-Kingsville where he was a student-athlete on the football team for all four years. After graduating, he went on to hold upper-level strength coaching positions at Southwest Texas State University, Nicholls State University and Adams Course. He then turned to entrepreneurship and started Rock Strength and Conditioning with which he coaches numerous young athletes participating in a variety of sports. In total, Rock has 21 years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach and will maintain an organized and durable football program at Hill Country Indoor.
We’re looking to hire referees for all sports! Positions will begin in the Fall with training and certification opportunities at the end of the Summer. Hill Country Indoor will offer private instruction for football players of all skill levels. We will focus on teaching proper fundamentals, increasing players’ football I.Q. and maximizing performance potential. HCI coaches will help each player achieve success by developing self esteem and teaching proper work ethic on and off the field. Football instruction may be customized for each player depending on position.
