Barre + Pilates = Barrlates! During this 45-minute hybrid, we will use the formula of barre to sculpt legs and glutes, then hit the mat for core work. The first block will be standing at the barre to challenge and strengthen the lower body. The second block utilizes the principles of Pilates to strengthen abs, obliques and back. Light weights will be used during the duration of the class to target the upper body.
