Barre fitness combines elements of Pilates, ballet/dance, yoga, and functional training. This energizing class is hard on the muscles, and kind on joints. Barre classes utilize small, super-controlled movements all over the body to increase strength and endurance while improving posture, flexibility, balance, stability and muscle definition.
