WHY AIM PERFORMANCE?
Training built for competitive and recreational athletes backed by science. Utilizing athletic conditioning techniques and functional fitness equipment, our AIM Performance coaches are experts in athletic training and injury rehabilitation for youth and adults. We are proud to have hosted over 800 athletes since opening in 2017 who have gone on to play at collegiate and pro levels.

STRENGTH + POWER
For ages 12+, athletes gain strength and power with weight training.
Beginner Training
For ages 9-11, introducing younger athletes to weight and speed training.
ADULT SMALL & LARGE GROUP TRAINING
AIM STRONG
Strength focused group training—register on the member app up to five days in advance.
AIM TONE SMALL GROUP
Focused strength and motion training in groups of 4 or less in strength and motion—register on the member app.
