AIM Performance offers group and 1:1 training for youth and adults.

WHY AIM PERFORMANCE?
Our AIM Performance coaches are top of the line experts in athletic conditioning and rehabilitation training. Drive by results and backed by science, our training helps athletes and players reach optimal level of performance. We are proud to have hosted over 800 athletes since opening in 2017 who have gone on to play at collegiate and pro levels.
YOUTH PROGRAMS
We offer sports-specific seasonal clinics in speed, agility, power, and strength.
ADULT GROUP TRAINING
Sign up on the member app for our AIM Motion, AIM Tone, AIM Strength and small group (up to four) classes held throughout the week.
1:1 Training
Make use of our 1:1 training to optimize your athletic performance, prevent injury or rehabilitate pain and injuries.

Youth and adults can take advantage of our one on one training to optimize performance, prevent injury and rehabilitate pain and injury.
Studio U
In the basement, Studio U utilizes turf, boxing bags, TRX systems and sand bags for our boxing (HIT) and straps classes.
Indoor Track
Power Hour and our speed and strength based classes make use of the equipment centers and space on the indoor track.
Turf
Meet you on the indoor turf for our Mayhem classes or the outdoor turf for sunrise and sunset flows and community events.
