Development Team

Hill Country Indoor has a team comprised of local leaders with extensive knowledge and expertise in the fitness, athletic and business communities. To learn more about each of our team members, check out the bios below:

JEFF KENT – INVESTOR/DEVELOPER

Jeff has been a Bee Cave resident for over 15 years. He is best known as a National Baseball League MVP with more than ten years playing professional baseball for multiple teams including the San Francisco Giants and Houston Astros. He is a dedicated investor and entrepreneur.

CHRIS LUPTON – INVESTOR/GENERAL MANAGER

Chris has been a Bee Cave resident for over 15 years. While attending Angelo State University, he played collegiate soccer. As well as being a local business owner, Chris holds a US Level E License and coaches select soccer for a local club.

JOSH MCKAY – INVESTOR/DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Josh is a business owner and operator with extensive experience in the event production industry. He was a football player in high school and is a graduate of Texas State University in San Marcos where he captained his lacrosse team. Josh has been a long time resident of the Hill Country with his wife, daughter and three boys and currently lives in Dripping Springs.

JEFF SPILLAR – INVESTOR/SENIOR SPORTS DIRECTOR

Jeff has been a Lake Travis resident for over 15 years. He played point guard for UTEP under Hall of Fame coach Don Haskins. Since college, Jeff has had success brokering commercial land deals in and around South Texas and Austin.

PJ TODD – DIRECTOR OF PR/SPONSORSHIPS

PJ is a Hill Country resident with over 30 years of PR, Sales, and Marketing experience. She has an extensive background with Spurs Sports and Entertainment and is currently active on several nonprofit boards.

CAROLINE BENNETT – DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

Caroline spent three years with the team as an intern while studying at the University of Texas. She now manages the website and social media development and she oversees all marketing initiatives and assists with operations. Caroline played multiple youth sports including soccer, basketball and volleyball until focusing in on competitive club soccer in Southern California. She graduated from UT with a B.S. in Kinesiology with a specialization in Health Promotion and a Certificate in Business.

EVAN BEYER – ASSISTANT SPORTS DIRECTOR

Evan has been with the team for the past three years. He graduated from the University of Texas with a B.S. in Sport Management and a Certificate in Business. Evan’s athletic involvement has focused on football and baseball. He helps to organize sports programming within Hill Country Indoor and assists with business development and software management.

BRAD AND JUDE LANGLE – DESIGNERS/GENERAL CONTRACTORS

Brad and Jude are a true father/son power team. For the last 30 years, they have lived and worked in the Texas Hill Country and are responsible for the look and stability of this amazing structure.

We are currently scheduling parties on the court and turf field, including Archery Tag! Climbing and Playscape parties will be available beginning in January. Book now!

Please reserve space for the full number of guests that you are inviting. We want to ensure that enough space in the facility is reserved to accommodate all of your guests comfortably.

  • You will only pay for the number of participants that exceeds the number in the package you select. You will be charged for each additional guest based on the per participant cost for that package.
  • We understand that changes happen! If you need to add guests to your party, simply let us know at least seven days prior to event so that we can adjust accordingly.
  • No outside food or drinks are allowed in the building with the exception of the birthday cake. Birthday cake is not provided although Hill Country Indoor has partnered with H-E-B to offer you with a discount on cake orders for pick-up on the day of your party. Details coming soon!
  • Waivers are required for each participant and can be filled out online (coming soon) or in person at the facility.
  • Payment: We require a deposit equal to 50% of the expected total in order to reserve your event. We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards. Checks are not accepted. The remainder amount of the event balance is due on the day of the celebration.
  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, we require 14 days advance notice from your event date. If you submit with the required 14 days advanced notice, your deposit will remain as a credit on your account to be used towards a celebration up to one year from the original date of your event. If you provide less than 14 days notice or do not show up on the day of your event, your deposit is forfeited.
