Performance Coach at Hill Country Indoor, Jesse Bethke, brings a data-driven approach to the Athletes In Motion program. Bethke earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science Integrative Physiology from Pacific University. He then went on to earn his Master of Science degree in Exercise Science – Biomechanics from the University of Texas. Jesse has a wide range of sports experience that make him an asset to the coaching team. At Illinois Valley High School, he played Basketball, Track and Field as a thrower/jumper, and Golf. In college, he competed in both Men’s Golf and Track and Field as a thrower (where he held collegiate school records in weight throw, shot put and discus). Bethke holds multiple certifications, including NSCA-CSCS, TRX – STC and Wilderness First Responder (camping, anyone?). His goal at HCI is to promote exercise as something everyone can enjoy by developing positive behavioral changes, improving movement patterns and making informed, healthy choices. His science-backed approach allows for data-driven results through movement!
