Performance Coach, Chris Meadows, joined the AIM team with a wide variety of experience in both fitness and athletics. Meadows earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sport Science from Texas State University. While in college, Chris played football, reinforcing his desire to help athletes of every stage reach their full potential, whether in a specific sport or in overall fitness. Prior to joining Hill Country Indoor, he coached at Train 4 the Game, where he was introduced the philosophy of functional training. Meadows is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and continues to strive at Hill Country Indoor through personal training, Adult AIM Training and Youth AIM Training.
