Performance Coach, Brandon Gonzalez, brings over 10 years of fitness industry experience to AIM, both as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Gonzalez earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology-Exercise Science. His long list of certifications include USAW Level 1 Coach for Olympic weightlifting, Les Mills Body Pump, RPM, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Prior to joining AIM, Brandon was a Strength and Conditioning Assistant for the University of Texas Basketball program and University of Texas San Antonio Football program. He competed in active martial arts for approximately 20 years and fought in the ring of golden gloves amateur boxing for over 10 years. Brandon’s goal at HCI is to help improve the lives of everyone he comes in contact with through fitness. He hopes to guide, improve and inspire everyone to push the limits of their fitness goals by utilizing knowledge, skills and personal connections to provide a stronger purpose. Through training and group classes, Brandon works on improving every individual’s level of fitness, as well as his/her specific training routines. By perfecting the overall training routine, individuals will benefit by pushing the body in each plane of motion, translating to his/her specific sport.
