Sky-High Climbing Package

Climb up and away! Who can scale the beanstalk the quickest? Who will beat their opponent on the speed wall? The action is endless in the themed climbing area. Climbing components are located directly next to the Birthday Party rooms for continuous play and maximum fun.

Age Requirement: 6+

Blast Arena Package

Nap time follows closely after a party in the Playscape Arena! Kids explore the multi-level structure and navigate slides, ladders and obstacles all while dodging fire from cannons with foam balls! Just don’t forget to break for cake!

Extreme Combo Package

How could you choose between the climbing walls and the indoor playscape?? Party with both! Spend half the time at Hill Country Indoor in the Climbing Area and the other half in the Playscape Arena! The combo package allows for play by all party guests in both areas.

Archery Tag Package

Archery Tag is the latest craze in action packed entertainment for parties! The game is a new spin on dodgeball and paintball and is played with patented bows and foam-tipped arrows! Hit the opposing team’s targets for points or team members for elimination. Are you up for the challenge?

ULTIMATE SPORTS Package

With a variety of sport surfaces, we can host the ultimate sports party! Basketball, volleyball, soccer, football, kickball, dodgeball, capture the flag…you name it!

Age Requirement: 7+

Each package is customizable utilizing our courts and turf field.

Batting cages Package

Party in our brand new baseball & softball hitting and pitching tunnels! Each party includes one hour of time in three lanes. Bats, balls and helmets will be provided.

THIs party package consists of 1 hour in the cages and 30-minutes in a private party room

Hill Country Indoor has partnered with Gigi’s Cupcakes to provide you with the option to pick up a Birthday Cake or Cupcakes on the day of your celebration at a discount! Email them your confirmation email and proof of booking to get 10% off your order! Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of the party.

HOW TO BOOK A PARTY

EVENTS AND RENTALS:

We can host any kind of celebration! Contact us to discuss corporate events, lock-in nights, banquets, church events, school events, etc.

Hill Country Indoor is equipped with five meeting rooms that can be rented for a variety of purposes. Rooms can also be rented in packs of two or three to accommodate a larger group.

Please reserve space for the full number of guests that you are inviting. We want to ensure that enough space in the facility is reserved to accommodate all of your guests comfortably.

  • You will only pay for the number of participants that exceeds the number in the package you select. You will be charged for each additional guest based on the per participant cost for that package.
  • We understand that changes happen! If you need to add guests to your party, simply let us know at least seven days prior to event so that we can adjust accordingly.
  • No outside food or drinks are allowed in the building with the exception of the birthday cake. Birthday cake is not provided although Hill Country Indoor has partnered with Gigi's Cupcakes to provide you with the option to pick up a Birthday Cake or Cupcakes on the day of your celebration at a discount! Email them your confirmation email and proof of booking to get 10% off your order!
  • Waivers are required for each participant and can be filled out online (coming soon) or in person at the facility.
  • Payment: We require a deposit equal to 50% of the expected total in order to reserve your event. We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards. Checks are not accepted. The remainder amount of the event balance is due on the day of the celebration.
  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, we require 14 days advance notice from your event date. If you submit with the required 14 days advanced notice, your deposit will remain as a credit on your account to be used towards a celebration up to one year from the original date of your event. If you provide less than 14 days notice or do not show up on the day of your event, your deposit is forfeited.
