AIM Training is Hill Country Indoor’s Program for your individual fitness. AIM stands for Athletes In Motion and perfectly describes the goal of discovering the inner athlete in all of us. From our wide variety of Group Training Classes to Personal Training Sessions, AIM has something for you. In our dedicated training area on the first floor, let our highly experienced coaches take you through our DARI Biomechanical Analysis Lab to develop a Total Assessment Profile which will help determine the best plan and programs to fit your needs and goals. AIM Group Training is a Membership Upgrade that provides an opportunity for everyone to participate in exciting, structured athletic training from highly-qualified, energetic coaches. With our limited class sizes and ability to adapt and modify exercises to your individual abilities, we strive to offer a wide variety of fun, positive classes that are sure to challenge everyone. Semi-Private training provides each athlete their own individualized, custom program while sharing a performance coach. Group sizes vary from 2-4 athletes per coach.

AIM M&M (Movement & Mobility):

Class Goals & Description: Intended to provide a structured recovery and mobility program, Movement & Mobility utilizes bodyweight along with mobility exercises, massage/ recovery tools, as well as traditional and non-traditional movements to aid in recovery. This class is a great asset for runners, cyclist, swimmers, or anyone looking to move and feel better.

Intensity Level: Low to Moderate

Components: Bodyweight focus, recovery tools, multi-plane movements, total body mobility, pre-hab exercises, and functional movement patterns

Age Group: 16 yrs +

Coach to Athlete Ratio: 1 : 15

Prior Training Experience: 0 yrs

Class Time: 45 min

AIM CORE:

Class Goals & Description: Core applies a variety of methods including vertical/ standing core exercises designed to effectively load and unload the core. At the end of each session the athlete will train all areas of their core, top to bottom, front to back, and side to side.

Intensity Level: Moderate to High

Components: Total body core training including rotational core, medicine ball throws, cable/ cord chops, explosive movements, as well as plank variations.

Age Group: 16 yrs +

Coach to Athlete Ratio: 1 : 15

Prior Training Experience: 0 yrs

Class Time: 45 min

AIM ELITE:

Class Goals & Description: Designed specifically for individuals that train hard, this fast-paced program is not for the inexperienced. With a high emphasis on technique and proper progression, ELITE provides a comprehensive, balanced training approach of body weight exercises, Olympic lifts, weight training, plyometrics, core, movement and mobility. Are you ELITE? 

Intensity Level: High

Components: Interval training for the most ELITE athlete. Total body weight lifting, Olympic lifts, medicine ball throws, and plyometric movements to provide a challenging workout.

Age Group: 18 yrs +

Coach to Athlete Ratio: 1 : 15

Prior Training Experience: 3+ yrs and prior qualification by the Instructor

Class Time: 60 min

AIM Strong:

Class Goals & Description: Strong is designed to get you stronger. Structured to ensure proper technique, this class develops a well-rounded and structured training approach to keep you safe, engaged, focused, and most-importantly, stronger. 

Intensity Level: Moderate to High

Components: Progressive resistance training programming built around lifting weight and getting stronger

Age Group: 18 yrs +

Coach to Athlete Ratio: 1 : 15

Prior Training Experience: 4+ yrs

Class Time: 60 min

AIM Motion:

Class Goals & Description: Come ready to move and sweat because Motion is all about getting you moving in all directions. Circuit-style training combined with agility and strength provides a challenging work-out, no matter what your fitness level.

Intensity Level: Moderate to High

Components: A 3D functional circuit that will challenge your strength, balance, endurance, and agility.

Age Group: 16 yrs +

Coach to Athlete Ratio: 1 : 15

Prior Training Experience: 0+ yrs

Class Time: 45-60 min

DARI BIOMECHANICAL ANALYSIS LAB

Hill Country Indoor is the PREMIER Central Texas provider of the DARI Biomechanical Analysis system. DARI is an 8-camera, marker-less motion capture system that allows us to establish your movement profile to transform your motion and bring out your inner athlete. DARI is the first step towards taking AIM at your goals.

Combining a DARI Analysis with our Performance Assessments will provide a new HCI member with a Total Assessment Profile. This profile will be the guide for fitness and performance programming, identifying injury risk, tracking progress, and establishing a baseline for health and fitness improvement.

Upon joining Hill Country Indoor as a base-member, DARI is available as an option included in the $100 joining fee. Start your fitness journey at Hill Country Indoor with a state-of-the-art assessment with some of the best coaches around.

Please reserve space for the full number of guests that you are inviting. We want to ensure that enough space in the facility is reserved to accommodate all of your guests comfortably.

  • You will only pay for the number of participants that exceeds the number in the package you select. You will be charged for each additional guest based on the per participant cost for that package.
  • We understand that changes happen! If you need to add guests to your party, simply let us know at least seven days prior to event so that we can adjust accordingly.
  • No outside food or drinks are allowed in the building with the exception of the birthday cake. Birthday cake is not provided although Hill Country Indoor has partnered with H-E-B to offer you with a discount on cake orders for pick-up on the day of your party. Details coming soon!
  • Waivers are required for each participant and can be filled out online (coming soon) or in person at the facility.
  • Payment: We require a deposit equal to 50% of the expected total in order to reserve your event. We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards. Checks are not accepted. The remainder amount of the event balance is due on the day of the celebration.
  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, we require 14 days advance notice from your event date. If you submit with the required 14 days advanced notice, your deposit will remain as a credit on your account to be used towards a celebration up to one year from the original date of your event. If you provide less than 14 days notice or do not show up on the day of your event, your deposit is forfeited.
