Teach & Train
Teach and Train (4 week program):
Learn about the equipment in the Fitness Center and walk away with a variety of workouts you can do on your own! This program includes four private sessions with an AIM Coach who will train and teach you over the course of four weeks. All sessions take place in the Fitness Center- take the program privately or do it with a friend!
Bonus: Includes Unlimited AIM Group Classes for the duration of your 4-week program!
Challenge yourself and see results! This program includes a DARI Assessment before and after your 12-weeks of sweat. AIM Coaches will provide a private session once a week for the duration of the program. At the program’s conclusion, you will have 12 workouts to tackle on your own!

PERSONAL AND SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
Personal Training options at Hill Country Indoor are available with our highly qualified coaches. Semi-Private and Individual Training can be purchased as stand-alone programs or as an upgrade to an AIM Group Training package.

AIM Semi-Private TRAINING
UNLIMITED group classes
Semi-Private training provides each athlete their own individualized, custom program while sharing a performance coach. Group sizes vary from 2-4 athletes per coach.

Most programs include our DARI Biomechanical Analysis to develop a Total Assessment Profile after which the data is applied to customize the best program to achieve success.
DARI BIOMECHANICAL ANALYSIS LAB
Hill Country Indoor is the PREMIER Central Texas provider of the DARI Biomechanical Analysis system. DARI is an 8-camera, marker-less motion capture system that allows us to establish your movement profile to transform your motion and bring out your inner athlete. DARI is the first step towards taking AIM at your goals.
