AIM CLASSES 

AIM Training is Hill Country Indoor’s Program for your individual fitness. AIM stands for Athletes In Motion and perfectly describes the goal of discovering the inner athlete in all of us. Adult AIM classes follow a planned, periodized, and progressive training format with different phases lasting about 4 weeks. While different days of the week and different phases may have a different emphasis, a full body lift will occur in every class and the lift will be different each day of the week.

 

CLASS OFFERINGS

AIM Strong:

Class Goals & Description: Strong is designed to get you stronger. Structured to ensure proper technique, this class develops a well-rounded and structured training approach to keep you safe, engaged, focused, and most-importantly, stronger. 

Intensity Level: Moderate to High

Components: Progressive resistance training programming built around lifting weight and getting stronger

Age Group: 18 yrs +

Coach to Athlete Ratio: 1 : 15

Class Time: 60 min

AIM M&M (Movement & Mobility):

Class Goals & Description: Movement & Mobility is similar to a Motion class, but with an emphasis placed on recovery tools, multi-plane movements, total body mobility, pre-hab exercises, and functional movement patterns

Intensity Level: Low to Moderate

Components: Bodyweight focus, recovery tools, multi-plane movements, total body mobility, pre-hab exercises, and functional movement patterns

Age Group: 16 yrs +

Coach to Athlete Ratio: 1 : 15

Class Time: 60 min

AIM Motion:

Class Goals & Description: Come ready to move and sweat because Motion is all about getting you moving in all directions. Circuit-style training combined with agility and strength provides a challenging work-out, no matter what your fitness level.

Intensity Level: Moderate to High

Components: A 3D functional circuit that will challenge your strength, balance, endurance, and agility.

Age Group: 16 yrs +

Coach to Athlete Ratio: 1 : 15

Class Time: 60 min

AIM – WOMEN ONLY:

Class Goals & Description: Come ready to move and sweat because Women’s Only is all about getting you moving in all directions. Circuit-style training combined with agility and strength provides a challenging work-out, no matter what your fitness level. Coached by women, for women.

Intensity Level: Moderate to High

Components: A 3D functional circuit that will challenge your strength, balance, endurance, and agility.

Age Group: 16 yrs +

Coach to Athlete Ratio: 1 : 15

Prior Training Experience: 0+ yrs

Class Time: 60 min

AIM GROUP TRAINING

AIM Group Training is a Membership Upgrade that provides an opportunity for everyone to participate in exciting, structured athletic training from highly-qualified, energetic coaches. With our limited class sizes and ability to adapt and modify exercises to your individual abilities, we strive to offer a wide variety of fun, positive classes that are sure to challenge everyone. Be a part of a unique gathering of like-minded athletes for encouragement, accountability, and fitness. Take AIM on your goals!

Personal Training options at Hill Country Indoor are available with our highly qualified coaches. Semi-Private and Individual Training can be purchased as stand-alone programs or as an upgrade to an AIM Group Training package. All packages include unlimited access to Adult AIM Group Classes.

Semi-Private training provides each athlete their own individualized, custom program while sharing a performance coach. Group sizes vary from 2-4 athletes per coach.

Please reserve space for the full number of guests that you are inviting. We want to ensure that enough space in the facility is reserved to accommodate all of your guests comfortably.

  • You will only pay for the number of participants that exceeds the number in the package you select. You will be charged for each additional guest based on the per participant cost for that package.
  • We understand that changes happen! If you need to add guests to your party, simply let us know at least seven days prior to event so that we can adjust accordingly.
  • No outside food or drinks are allowed in the building with the exception of the birthday cake. Birthday cake is not provided although Hill Country Indoor has partnered with Gigi's Cupcakes to provide you with the option to pick up a Birthday Cake or Cupcakes on the day of your celebration at a discount! Email them your confirmation email and proof of booking to get 10% off your order!
  • Waivers are required for each participant and can be filled out online (coming soon) or in person at the facility.
  • Payment: We require a deposit equal to 50% of the expected total in order to reserve your event. We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards. Checks are not accepted. The remainder amount of the event balance is due on the day of the celebration.
  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, we require 14 days advance notice from your event date. If you submit with the required 14 days advanced notice, your deposit will remain as a credit on your account to be used towards a celebration up to one year from the original date of your event. If you provide less than 14 days notice or do not show up on the day of your event, your deposit is forfeited.
