Come ready for training designed to get you faster. This three-day-per-week program will feature two sessions focusing on strength and power development and one session improving speed through proper mechanics and drills. Training sessions are Mondays and Tuesdays at 6PM and Thursdays at 7PM.
Youth AIM Training:
