AIM Personal Trainer, Valorie Bellaci, has been a fitness professional and personal trainer for over 35 years. Valorie has led a variety of large group classes in the USA and internationally including Step, Spin, Pilates, Body Pump, TRX and Barre. Teaching classes and presenting Fitness and Health workshops in the USA and internationally have given her a wonderful appreciation for helping others along their healthy lifestyle journey. In addition to training clients at Hill Country Indoor, Bellaci also teaches Mat Pilates, LIFT, Triple Threat and Step at HCI. She holds certifications as a Personal Trainer, Health Coach, Group Fitness Instructor -ACE , Senior Fitness Specialist – NASM, Bronze level Spin Instructor – Schwinn, Functional Aging Institute – FAI and as an Ageless Grace, TRX and Tabata Instructor.

Valorie’s focus is on functional and strength training for a variety of clients including, but not limited to, those during medical rehabilitation, pre-post natal fitness, senior fitness and posture correction. She is eager to partner with clients on their journey towards a healthy and balanced lifestyle!
