Performance Coach, Maegon Sauer, joins the AIM team with an array of athletic experiences, including karate, softball, cheerleading, powerlifting, tennis and soccer. Sauer played a competitive/club soccer from a young age and continued to play throughout college. Maegon earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and her master’s in Exercise Physiology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Throughout her education, Maegon gained experience by working for sports performance programs, including Baylor University Men’s and Women’s Basketball, IMG Academy and personal training at independent facilities throughout the country. Sauer has also coached high school soccer programs in California and Florida. Maegon is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). She also holds certifications through Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Level 1 and 2, USAW Level 1 Sport Performance Coach and NASM-CPT. Sauer’s goal at HCI is to keep training simple and find what works for each individual.
