LET'S GO

Prepare for the upcoming season with our VB Pre-Season Prep. Improve agility, enhance vertical jump, and work to reduce injury potential. Athletes will be assessed to focus training on maximal gains. Training will occur Monday-Thursday from 11am-12pm for 3 weeks. TRAINING IS LIMITED TO 12 ATHLETES ONLY

Ages: 12-18

Non-Member $300; Member $240

Mon-Thu: 11am-12pm
