Come ready for training designed to get you FASTER. This 2 week program will focus on improving speed through proper mechanics and strength and power enhancement. Training will occur Monday-Thursday from 12-1pm for 2 weeks. TRAINING IS LIMITED TO 12 ATHLETES ONLY

Youth AIM Training:

Ages: 12-18

Non-Member $200; Member $160
