Get ready for training designed to get you faster. These 3-week sessions will focus on improving speed through proper mechanics, strength and power enhancement. Training will occur Monday-Thursday from 6-7pm for a total of three weeks.

Ages: 12-18 (Grades 7th-12th)

Non-Member $120; Member $100

Requirements:

12 yrs  (as of 1/13/2020)
Max Age:
18 yrs  (as of 1/30/2020)
