Training designed to get you STRONGER. During this 3-week Youth AIM Strength Camp, each session is focused on teaching proper lifting technique and exercise progression to ensure a STRONG foundation for further training. Sessions will occur Monday through Thursday from 6:00-7:00pm.

Ages: 12-18 (Grades 7th-12th)

Non-Member $120; Member $100
