AIM’s fall program is combining the three training blocks of Speed School, Strength Camp and Power Development for one periodized training program: Speed and Strength Camp. Athletes have the ability to come to as many (or few) as needed, based on his/her individual schedule. 

Increase speed in a safe environment through sprint mechanics, change of direction and agility. Gain strength as coaches cover technique, proper loading and effective strength training movements. Develop overall power to build on explosive movements through plyometrics, Olympic lifting and core strength.

This three-week session combines the three pivotal types of training to develop the ultimate athlete. AIM’s knowledgeable coaches will be guiding athletes through every step of the process in an effort to create the best training and care available. This approach allows the program to be a resource to all, including participating athletes, their families and area coaches. Sign up today to learn the AIM way!

Non-Member $240; Member $200
