AIM provides youth programming for athletes who are looking to enhance various elements of athletic performance. Programming typically takes place in three-week segments that take aim at a specific goal. Speed School focuses on improving speed through proper mechanics, as well as strength and power enhancement. Strength Camp emphasized total body strength by learning and incorporating proper strength training techniques. Power Development enhances power and explosiveness as it integrates rotational power and explosive jumping ability. No matter the sport or goal, these three programs are effective in developing safe and successful athleticism. AIM Youth Training also incorporates specific-sport training, including football training, volleyball training, and basketball training. As an additional Member amenity, AIM provides an AIM Youth Fitness Program for ages 9-11, completely free for members and taking place Monday and Wednesday from 5:30-6:15pm.
