Individual personal training provides one-on-one instruction between you and AIM’s highly qualified coaches. This option is ideal for those with specific training time requirements and/or individualized performance goals. Members are able to purchase monthly packages of one/week, two/week, three/week or four/week! Each personal training package comes with unlimited Adult AIM Training classes to ensure a well-rounded training and recovery program. Personal training can take place anywhere within the building, from the performance training centers to the membership fitness floor, to the track! Programming is designed around the Total Assessment Profile and your individual goal! Stay motivated, engaged and enthusiastic about your training goals with AIM personal training!
