Honor Memorial Day With a Studio Class

This Memorial Day, HCI Sports & Fitness will be holding special classes during reduced operational hours. We will open at regular time on Monday, but will be closing early at 2PM. Sign up for one of these classes to start off your Memorial Day celebration right.

STUDIO 1 Flow with Pauline — 9AM

Begin the day calmly and thoughtfully with a little flow yoga. This 45 minute class begins at 9AM on Monday morning and focuses on alignment, self-awareness, and balancing the body from head to toe. To attend the class, sign up on the member app or the HCI website and bring your own yoga mat!

STUDIO 2 Rhythmic Spin with Coral — 9AM

If you’re looking for something more fast-paced than yoga, sign up for Rhythmic Spin. This class is 45 minutes of intense cycling set to upbeat tunes, including choreography, weight training, and a whole lot of fun! Sign up on the member app or the HCI website and be sure to either bring or rent SPIN shoes.

STUDIO 3 Lift with Coral — 10AM

Why not try a little guided lifting to build up your strength? This LIFT class is 45 minutes of work on total body strength with weights and movements to help you feel strong and lean. Sign up on the member app or the HCI website.

STUDIO U Fusion with Joni — 12PM

Fusion is a 45 minute blend of high-intensity strength, cardio, and core training using medicine balls, kettlebells, slam balls, battle ropes, and suspension training. Sign up on the member app or on the HCI website for a powerful workout this Memorial Day.
