Hill Country Indoor has a wide variety of group exercise options in the facility. The Studio at HCI now includes all group exercise classes: Yoga, Barre, Pilates, Spin, Weight Training, Interval Training, Dance, Recovery, and more! HCI Studio classes are included in all HCI Memberships. Classes can be utilized as the core to a well rounded fitness regimen or can rejuvenate a monotonous routine. Hill Country Indoor is excited to offer studio fitness options to our members.

All Studio classes are included in all Hill Country Indoor memberships. Classes include yoga, barre, spin, mat pilates and varying levels and intensities of cardio, dance, and interval training.

Currently Offered Studio Classes
Barre: BARRE will mix elements of Pilates, Ballet/Dance, Yoga and Functional training! This energizing class is hard on the muscles, but kind on your joints. BARRE utilizes small, super-controlled movements all over of the body to increase strength and endurance while improving posture, flexibility, balance, stability and muscle definition. BARRE will also aide in weight loss and reduce stress. This class is for every fitness level.
Speedy Spin: Speedy Spin is a 30-minute cycle that is guaranteed to leave you feeling like you were cycling for a full hour! While the RPMs and good jams will be intense during the majority of the class, you will also get plenty of climb time. Grab your towel and water and join us for an intense but speedy workout!
Flow Yoga: This FLOW yoga class is moderately paced, deep practice, focusing on alignment. We will begin and end class with self-awareness as we tune into our core being. The heart of the class will incorporate subtle alignment cues as we flow through various asanas to balance our bodies from head to toe.
Yin Yoga: Yin is a freestyle meditative approach to yoga with a focus on myofascial release and relaxation. Breath deep and stretch out the body with this hour long class that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and balanced.
Spin: SPIN is a high intensity interval cycling workout that takes place on a stationary bike in our state of the art Spin Studio, complete with mood lighting and booming sound system. Be prepared to sweat as you climb, sprint and pedal to the beat in this exhilarating cardio class. Spin Shoes are required, and rentals are available for $2.
Cycle and Circuit: Join our AIM coaches for a Fusion class like none other! This Cycle & Circuit is exactly as it sounds – 30 min of Cycle Intervals in our state of the art Spin Studio followed by 30 min of Functional Movement Circuits in your elite AIM Performance Studio!
LIFT: Loaded Intervals with Full-body Training. LIFT is a guided lifting class that will incorporate a full body workout with various weights and movements to leave you feeling strong and lean, head to toe.
Zoomba: Moving through Latin and World rhythms, Zoomba mixes both low and high-intensity moves for a calorie-burning dance fitness class that will make you forget you’re working out!
XXX Threat: A high intensity weight training class programmed to chisel the 3 major sections of the body: upper, core and lower!
Tactical Tabata: A boot camp-style class on a Tabata timer means full throttle, full body. Come prepared to sweat!
Mayhem: Project Mayhem is designed to build muscle and activate your fat-burning zones! This high intensity class is a boot camp training style that utilizes weights to build muscle, burn fat and increase energy!
MayhemX: MayhemX takes your muscle building and fat burning to the Xtreme! This high intensity class is a boot camp training style that utilizes weights and other equipment to build muscle, burn fat and increase energy! This class will start in Studio1 and move around the facility, including the parking garage and track!
Cardio RemiX: Turn up the volume to all your favorite remixes as we keep your heart rate elevated through both dance moves and strength training! This class will burn calories, build muscle and elevate your mood!
RX (RecoverX): Just what the doctor ordered! Recover and reinvigorate your body. RX will provide myofascial release to sore and tired muscles to help you feel your best!
RXStrong (RecoverXStrong): A full-body stretching, mobility and strengthening class that will incorporate weights and mat work, leaving you both exhausted and refreshed
KICX: Punch, kick, bob and weave your way to a full-body workout that will get your heart rate up and your muscles burning!
BurnX: BurnX is a full body workout that will shape and tone your body from head to toe! This zero impact class will use light weight and high reps, guaranteeing a BURN!
